What we collect
The only personal information we collect on this site is what you give us directly: your name, email, business, and any context you share when you book a call or fill in a form. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell data, we don't profile you.
Third-party tools we use
A few tools we link to on this site set their own cookies when you use them. We don't control these. They're listed here so you know what's happening.
- Calendly. When you click "Book a call" you're taken to Calendly's scheduling page. Calendly sets cookies for scheduling and analytics. See calendly.com/privacy.
- AI Ready Scorecard, on this site at /scorecard. When you ask for the Scorecard, your email address is sent to Kit, the email service that delivers the PDF and any follow-up notes. If your browser can't complete that in the background it hands you over to Kit's own page to finish, and Kit sets its own cookies. See kit.com/privacy.
- The chat assistant on this site. What you type in it is sent to Vercel's AI Gateway and on to the AI model that writes the reply, so the answer can be generated. We keep a private copy of the conversation, so we can see what people ask and write better answers. It is not linked to your name, your email, or your IP address, and we don't record any of those. Your own browser also holds the conversation for up to six hours, so an accidental refresh doesn't lose it. Clearing your browser data removes that copy. What we do with it
We use what you give us to reply to you, run the engagement, and follow up. That's it. We don't share your information with anyone outside Beaver Co unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Email and call records: as long as the engagement is active, plus 24 months after the last contact. Chat conversations: 12 months, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we do.

Email oscar@consultbeaver.com any time to see what we have, correct anything wrong, or have it deleted.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, this page changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
