// FORM 01-A :: WHAT IT IS, WHAT IT COSTS

What an AI Assessment is, and what it costs.

I'm Oscar. I run AI Assessments for owner-operators of Hong Kong service businesses: a two-business-day diagnosis that finds where your week leaks time and money, then hands you a ranked plan to fix it. Here's exactly what it is, what you walk away with, and what it costs. No jargon. If you'd rather start smaller, the free 15-minute Mini is the way in.

TWO BUSINESS DAYS · TYPICALLY HKD 8,000 · CREDITED TOWARD MONTH 1 OF A MONTHLY PLAN

01

What is an AI Assessment?

An AI Assessment is a two-business-day diagnosis of your business. I look at how the work actually flows: the enquiries, the follow-ups, the admin, the numbers you can't see daily. Then I find where time and money leak out.

You leave with a ranked plan: the systems your business should run, in the order that pays back fastest. It's a diagnosis, not a sales pitch. The plan is the product.

02

What does an AI Assessment cost?

The Assessment is typically HKD 8,000. It slides between HKD 5,000 and HKD 10,000 with the size of the business.

If you go on to a monthly plan, whatever you paid comes off Month 1. One fixed price tied to one named deliverable, never an hourly meter.

03

How long does it take?

Two business days, start to finish. We begin with one 45-to-60-minute Discovery Call where I map how your business runs.

If your week won't come back from memory, you log your own hours for a week instead and I read the log. Two days after we have the input, you have your Roadmap.

04

What do you walk away with?

Your AI Roadmap. Every system your business should run, ranked by what it saves or makes you each year, with a 60-day build order. Each line carries a dollar figure worked out from your own numbers, not a generic template.

You also get four things on top: an Annual Savings Score, a Hong Kong AI Deployment Blueprint, 30-Day Priority Email Support, and your Rollover Credit. If the Roadmap can't show savings worth at least what you paid, I keep working until it does.

05

Who is it for?

Non-technical owner-operators of Hong Kong service businesses: the person who runs the place, not a technical buyer shopping for software. If you're always chasing people, missing enquiries, or losing your Sunday to admin, this is built for you.

It's not for large enterprises, one-off automation buyers, or anyone comparing on price alone.

06

How is this different from an AI automation agency?

An agency builds you a tool. An Assessment tells you which tools you actually need, and in what order, before anyone builds anything. The order matters more than the build, because most wasted AI spend is the right tool solving the wrong problem first.

Here, my name is on the outcome. The Roadmap is quantified from your own numbers, and I keep working until the math holds up.

07

What happens after the Assessment?

If the Roadmap makes sense, we build. The first build is usually your front door: enquiries answered, follow-ups sent, bookings confirmed.

The build is scoped and quoted up front, a fixed price tied to named systems. The Roadmap is yours to keep either way, written so you always know the next move.

TWO WAYS IN · SAME PRICE · SAME ROADMAP
// PROTOCOL :: TWO WAYS TO GATHER THE INPUT

Two ways in. One Roadmap out.

Same fixed price, same deliverable. We pick whichever surfaces your real numbers.

PATH A

The Discovery Call

One 45-to-60-minute call where I map your business and the way work moves through it. Best when you can talk through your week from memory.

PATH B

The Workflow Week

You log your actual tasks and hours for a week, and I read the log. Best when the real numbers only show up once you write them down as they happen.

QUESTIONS ON RECORD · ANSWERED IN FULL
// ON RECORD :: THE QUESTIONS OWNERS ACTUALLY ASK

Asked, answered.

Q01 What should I ask an AI consultant before I hire one?

Three questions. Can you put a dollar figure on the problem before I pay you to fix it? Whose name is on the outcome if it doesn't work? And what happens to whatever you build when the project ends? If the answers are vague, keep looking. The Assessment answers all three before you commit to a build.

Q02 Do I need to be technical to get value from this?

No. The Assessment is built for owners who run the business, not the software. Your part is one 45-to-60-minute call about how your week runs. I handle the analysis, the numbers, and the plain-language plan. If a line on your Roadmap needs a word explained, I explain it.

Q03 Is my customer data safe?

Yes. The Assessment reads numbers off documents you already own: your phone log, your messages, your booking record. Nothing leaves your control without your say-so. Any system we later build is designed to keep customer data inside your own accounts, in line with Hong Kong PDPO expectations. No advertising trackers, no selling data, ever.

Q04 How soon can we start?

Usually within a week or two. I cap the calendar at two Assessments a week, with one build always in progress, so the work gets done on time instead of stacking up. Start with a free 15-minute Mini AI Assessment. I run five or more of those a week, so there's usually a slot this week, and we'll book the Assessment from there.

Start with the Mini AI Assessment.

Four or five plain-English questions about how your week actually runs, and you leave with one tool worth trying, named and explained. Fifteen minutes, free. If nothing fits yet, I'll say so.

  • · 15 minutes, free, and the tool is yours whether we work together or not
  • · No deck, no homework, nothing to prepare
  • · "Not yet" is a fine answer, anytime
