Mini AI Assessment
Four or five plain questions about your week. I name the top three things worth fixing, and give you one tool for one of them, with the steps to set it up yourself.
Beaver Co is an AI consulting practice in Hong Kong. It finds where a business or a person's workday loses time and money, then builds the AI systems that fix it.
Four or five plain questions about your week. I name the top three things worth fixing, and give you one tool for one of them, with the steps to set it up yourself.
A short questionnaire, a 45 to 60 minute call, then two days at my desk. You get your AI Roadmap: every fix worth making, ranked, each with a yearly dollar figure worked out from your own numbers.
How the Assessment runs →I build what the Roadmap named, fastest payback first.
Each month I read the numbers and tune what runs, so your systems keep working as the business changes. You get a one-page report on what they did and what improved.
Every job has one price, tied to named work and agreed before it starts. You know the cost before you commit, not after.
The person on your first call is the person who builds your system. No hand-off to someone you have never met.
I map how the work actually runs before I name any software. Nothing gets built until it has a dollar figure next to it.
Before anything goes live, we ask your system five questions you already know the answer to. We slip in traps too, like a price you changed last year that's still sitting in your old files.
It has to get every one right, and show you exactly which of your documents it read the answer from.
If it can't show you where it got the answer, it doesn't ship.
Everything it knows about your business (your process, your rules, your history) is written down in plain files, not buried inside one company's software.
If a better AI comes along, or anything changes with the one we're using, we point it at the same files, check it reads them correctly, and it picks up where the old one left off. You don't start over.
You don't need to be technical. Independent restaurants and cafes are my first focus. See the restaurant page.
I started Beaver Co in Hong Kong in 2026. Before that, I co-founded a clothing brand and ran its product, manufacturing, logistics and support for four years. Then I led business development at a sports academy, and I have spent ten years coaching people who are not experts.
It has always been the same job: learn how something complex works, then use it to fix a real problem. AI is the best tool I have found for that job.
Right now Beaver Co is one person: me.
Oscar Beaver on LinkedIn →Every call, message and build goes through me. No account manager in between.
Write to oscar@consultbeaver.com, or book the free Mini AI Assessment online. Calls run on video or face to face in Hong Kong, in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
Every Assessment comes with 30 days of priority email support. I answer your questions first.
I scope, price and agree every build with you in writing before any work begins.
I do. I am Oscar Beaver, the founder. I run every call, write every AI Roadmap and build every system myself.
No. Owners, managers and staff all book the free Mini AI Assessment. Some want to fix how the whole business runs. Others only want the repeat work out of their own day.
Hong Kong.
The Mini AI Assessment is free and takes 15 minutes. The AI Opportunity Assessment is HKD 5,000. Any build after that has a fixed price, quoted from your AI Roadmap.
No. You tell me how your week runs. I handle the tools, and I explain every step in plain words.
If nothing fits yet, I'll say so.
Ask me anything about the Assessment, the pricing, or whether this fits your business. If I don't know, I'll say so.
Assistant, not Oscar. It can be wrong. Book a call for anything that matters.
